Steps to order an orthopedic dental restoration:

Additionally, to order a project, photographs of the patient are required, both intraoral and portrait, before preparation, and optionally after. The order should also specify the shade of the future restoration and the material (zirconia, pressed ceramics, feldspathic porcelain).

Tooth scan

A tooth scan must be provided using an intraoral scanner from any well-known brand such as 3Shape, Medit, or Sirona. The scan file must be sent to the laboratory’s email: lab.gallant@gmail.com

Analog method requirements

  1. One-step impression using A-silicone with detailed capture of the subgingival area
  2. Bite registration with Futar D for precise positioning of models in the articulator
  3. Antagonists impression: base + correction

All-on-4 and All-on-6 Restorations (Full Edentulism)

For orders made using the analog method, impressions must be taken with a custom tray and transfer checks. The vertical dimension and jaw relationship must be recorded with rigid wax rims (screw-retained). If requested by the doctor, a prototype can be prepared for trial fitting to ensure all individual parameters are considered before producing the final restoration.

Відео секція

In our laboratory, the creation of a dental restoration is a combination of advanced technologies and meticulous craftsmanship. It all begins with obtaining digital or analog impressions, which are transformed into an accurate 3D model. Our technicians then virtually design the construction, carefully selecting the shape, color, and micro-details for maximum precision and aesthetics.

The design is then brought to life in the chosen material using high-precision equipment. Each restoration undergoes stages of individual refinement: application of ceramics, shades, and textures that replicate natural enamel. The final stage is delicate polishing and microscopic inspection to ensure the finished product fully meets technical requirements and quality standards.
